Election day is Monday October 1, from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

What to bring on voting day
To vote, you must have one of the following pieces of identification in hand
- Québec driver’s licence
- Québec health insurance card
- Canadian passport
- Certificate of Indian Status
- Canadian Armed Forces identity card
Shortly before election day, you will receive a reminder card with information about voting in your district. Bring your reminder card on voting day and show it to the election officers to help them direct you.

“If I were elected, I would…”
During the 2018 elections period we want to encourage you to think about the changes you would like to see in your area! What would you do if you were in the shoes of your local MNA?
How it works:
- Write or draw your answers on the white poster boards located in public locations throughout the southern West Island from September 20th to October 1st.
- Take a photo of your text/illustration.
- Post it to Instagram or Facebook using #IfIWereElected. At the end of the campaign we will draw from all the hashtagged entries and participants will be chosen at random to receive prizes!
