COMITÉ D’ACTION DES LOCATAIRES DE L’OUEST-DE-L’ÎLE

Life is becoming increasingly difficult for tenants. Year-over-year increases in the costs of rent far outpace wage increases. Renters both new and old are facing an increasingly dire situation. In order to address these issues, the TQSOI has sought to establish a tenant’s association which will help defend renter’s rights in the West Island.

The Comité d’action des locataires de l’Ouest-de-l’Île, translated as West Island Tenant’s Action Committee, offers a helpline where tenant’s can call and discuss the issues they face. This service is built in order to give tenant’s the tools to make informed decisions confidently.

(Please note that the new website of the CALODI is still under development. This page is a temporary home for resources for West Island tenants.)
